Privacy notice

PartArc stores account details, company information, inventory uploaded by suppliers and RFQ data required to operate the platform.

Information collected

Account name, work email, company name and location; supplier inventory data; buyer RFQs; supplier responses; order/PO and fulfilment metadata; order messages and documents uploaded by participants; API/webhook configuration and usage; and basic server/session information needed for authentication and security.

Purpose

Data is used to operate search, supplier verification, RFQ routing, buyer/supplier order workflow, account administration, API/webhook integrations, subscription entitlements, marketplace analytics and transactional notifications.

Billing provider

If paid billing is enabled, Stripe processes payment details on its hosted Checkout/Billing Portal. PartArc stores Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and billing status needed to manage access; card numbers are not stored by this application.

Inventory visibility

Supplier inventory is not included in public search until the supplier company is verified by a platform administrator.
