Platform terms

PartArc is an inventory discovery and RFQ-routing platform. It is not the buyer or seller of parts listed by member companies.

Supplier responsibility

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy, condition, availability, legality and description of inventory they upload, and for updating or removing stock that is no longer available.

Transactions

Quotes, purchase orders, warranties, payment, delivery, returns and all other commercial terms are agreed directly between buyer and supplier. PartArc may record an accepted quote, PO/reference, fulfilment status, messages and related documents as a workflow service, but does not take title to goods, collect the order price or provide escrow in this MVP. Marking an order cancelled in the platform records workflow state and does not by itself determine the parties' contractual rights.

Verification

Verification means the platform has approved a company account for participation. It is not a product certification or guarantee of a supplier's performance.

Trials, subscriptions and billing

Supplier/manufacturer access may be subject to a free trial and paid subscription plan. Trial length, included usage and prices are shown in the account billing area. Unless a separate written agreement applies, paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and access may be limited or paused when a trial/subscription ends, is cancelled, or is not paid. This draft does not yet define final renewal, refund, VAT, cancellation or notice terms.

Production note

These terms are a commercial MVP placeholder and require UK legal review before a public paid launch, particularly around liability, acceptable inventory, IP, data, suspension and dispute terms.
